Still, we kindly ask you to make your complaint via email to indicate the department through customer contact.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, should have more time, then we will inform you on this.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the Foundation Certified Webshop where is affiliated with. If the complaint is still not resolved through them? Then there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).

You have a cooling off period of 14 days without giving a reason to return the product, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be unused and, if possible, be returned in original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are at your expense.
