- For orders over 75 euros, the delivery / free shipping. - Orders under 75 euro we charge € 5.95 delivery / shipping (Excluding live koi).
Delivery of live koi is a full box on our special delivery service.
Cost delivery koiboxen: - Delivery / Shipping happened in most cases on weekdays and Saturdays during the day.
1 box delivery throughout the Netherlands = 45 euros
2 boxes delivered throughout the Netherlands = 35 euros
from three boxes delivered throughout the Netherlands = free
- You will receive this message after an order is placed via e-mail with your any extra delivery / shipping. - In most cases, delivery / we ship your item (s) within 2 business days Sometimes it might happen due to lack of stock that you order is delivered later.. This you will always notice.
Track and trace: After you have placed an order, you can track your order. When you register your account you will see there status.
If an order does not fit through the letterbox of its size or represent a high value, it is sent as parcel post. In that case, you will find, when your order has the status of "shipped", a tracking (Track & Trace).
You can track your parcel status HERE request by filling in your tracking number.
Returns: You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without reason commencing on the date of receipt of the product. The product can only be unused and, if possible, be returned in original packaging.
For returning the order the return costs at your expense.
The trader shall reimburse all payments the consumer, including any delivery costs incurred by the operator will be charged for returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. warranty: Would you like to send a product to us what is covered by the warranty? Please send the product including all accessories to the following address along with copy invoices and clear indication of fault / problem. Settlement of guarantee takes place within two weeks of receipt by us.
